Armenian production and research potential at the Eurosatory-2026 exhibition in Paris.
The goal of the festival is not only to make the Armenian dish recognizable to the world, but also to collect types of dolma in a less commonly used composition, this is an opportunity for the host side to activate communication with neighboring communities. The festival also plays a great role in increasing the country's tourist attractiveness. It was organized by the NGO for the Development and Preservation of Armenian Culinary Traditions in the territory of the Zvartnots historical and cultural monument. About 40 types of dolma were presented. There are no shortage of queues at the pavilions. The Armenian flavor has especially appealed to tourists, who try to taste all the types. The festival has been organized since 2011 in the territory of various historical and cultural monuments, this is done specifically to popularize the tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
