Preserving the historical and cultural appearance of the Hakob Kojoyan Educational Complex in Yerevan, three school buildings have been reconstructed and one new building has been built. The government has allocated more than 2 billion drams for the construction work. The educational complex has been equipped with laboratories, computer equipment and devices that meet modern requirements, and furnished with the necessary equipment for studios: easels, fine art shelves, still life tables and lampshades, sculpture machines, and design tables.

27 entrepreneurs from the agriculture, hospitality and tourism sectors participated in intensive training for three months under the IRIS RECONOMY Accelerator program, developed investment plans, improved financial planning, sales and marketing strategies, as well as learned about the principles of digital and green transformation and the use of artificial intelligence in business. This program, aimed at sustainable development of businesses, increasing competitiveness and expanding alternative financing opportunities, is supported by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency and implemented by the Swiss organization HELVETAS.

The event, which has been held since 1967, has brought together more than 2,300 companies from 66 countries around the world this year, with 42 national representative pavilions. The Armenian pavilion is also in the spotlight, where the developments and technological capabilities of the domestic military industry are presented. Under one unified pavilion, 30 Armenian organizations of the military-industrial sector have arrived in Paris, presenting their developments and technological solutions on the international platform, and it is also the continuation of a new stage of Armenian-French technological cooperation.

The Global Prestige Awards ceremony aimed at popularizing Armenians was held.

The fifth Global Prestige Awards ceremony was held in the Little Armenia neighborhood of Los Angeles. Names, individuals, businessmen, representatives of the cultural and artistic spheres were presented, who, with their activities, truly popularize the name of Armenians all over the world. About three dozen figures representing the fields of medicine to law and services received awards as successful businessmen. The Global Prestige Awards ceremony shows the unity of Armenians to the rest of the world and aims to identify those people, those names, who create value with their activities and are also a source of inspiration for other new start-up entrepreneurs. The success of any Armenian is certainly the success of all Diaspora Armenians and is certainly the success of the homeland, wherever they are. 2 billion drams support for agriculture.

This year, the state will also support the cultivation of wheat, barley, corn, and other crops with certified seeds. The executive branch has approved the plant growing development program, which is designed to expand the areas sown with spring cereals, grains, and fodder crops. The government will reimburse 50% of the costs of basic works, including sowing, harvesting, and seed costs. Last year, 5,200 beneficiaries benefited from the program.

Concours Mondial de Bruxelles: the triumph of Armenian wines.

Aruch was located on the Silk Road, so various branches of the economy were developed here, and cultural, political and spiritual life was active. The book is just part of the work aimed at popularizing Aruch. The goal is not only to discover archaeological values, but also to contribute to the development of the economic life of the tourist region.

Temple of Lights - "Zvartnots".

"Zvartnots" has a new lighting system, which allows both citizens of Armenia and tourists to discover Armenian monuments in a new way. Zvartnots has turned into a temple of lights, the burning splendor has erased the boundaries between the past and the present. The lighting installations have further emphasized the majesty and splendor of the Temple of Angels, especially at night. The project was implemented by the Service for the Preservation of Historical and Cultural Reserves, Museums and the Historical Environment. In 2027, Armenia will become the next step in the Critics' Week program of the 80th anniversary Cannes Film Festival, the country of honor of the initiative, presenting the potential of Armenian cinema on the international stage and contributing to the popularization of young filmmakers. The international jury will select four Armenian directors, who will be joined by four more foreign directors. They will jointly create four short films in our country. RISE 2026 is organized by the Union of Information and Communication Technologies Employers with the support of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry. The basis for organizing the event was, first of all, the government's decision to have an Armenian military-industrial complex and a developed sector so that it feeds the armed forces, secondly, a new economic segment was formed - the military industry has formed a turnover of about 70 billion today, and finally, the third layer is science. Officials and representatives of the sector note that what is presented here is the beginning of a long journey.

Armenia is becoming a manufacturer and supplier of artificial intelligence.

The Armenian company Eleveight AI is launching the first data center in Armenia and the region, an artificial intelligence factory, powered by NVIDIA Blackwell B300 chips. In the near future, the final testing work will be completed and a special control regime will be in place. 70 million has already been actually invested, and another 50 million dollars are planned to be invested by the end of the year. The memorandum of cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence and semiconductor production, signed in Washington on August 8, 2025, was a turning point on the path of Armenia's technological development, after which Eleveight AI and other companies quickly tried to use the document, applying for permission to import NVIDIA Blackwell graphics processors to Armenia. Maintaining the leading positions in the technological sector in the region is the state's responsibility. This is the cornerstone of Armenia's future economy.

State support programs have contributed to an unprecedented increase in the volume of agricultural loans in Armenia.

As of January, Armenian banks have provided agricultural loans worth 411 billion 489 million drams. This is about 65 billion or 18.8% 8% more than the indicator of the same month in 2025, and since January 2018, the volume of agricultural loans has increased by about 184%. The Ministry of Economy attributes this to about a dozen state support programs.
