For the fifth year in a row, July in Meghradzor begins with the sound and color of national culture. This time, Armenian ritual symbolic characters will come together through national games, songs, dances and rituals, reviving national cultural traditions. These events are just a means-tool to encourage people to self-knowledge, because self-knowledge makes them love their homeland, and loving their homeland encourages the remaining steps, that is, not emigrating and developing their homeland. Such initiatives breathe new life into traditions in villages, helping people rediscover their cultural identity and connection with their roots. Armenian rituals are also viewed with great interest by tourists.
