This year, International Museum Day is celebrated under the theme "Museums Unite a Fragmented World".

In one year, 1.33 million people visited Armenian museums. In 2025, the building and technical conditions of 19 museums were improved with state budget funds. Last year, the Yerevan Museum of Russian Art and the Yeghishe Charents Museum of Literature and Art had the opportunity to present the valuable specimens kept in their collections on international platforms.
