A group of students from Armenia traveled to the United States, visited local police and fire departments, as well as places of entertainment and recreation, and met with the mayor of Glendale and other high-ranking officials. Children from the regions and Yerevan would not have gone on this exceptional trip if they had not been studying high achievers at school. “High Achievers” is an educational program that has sent more than 5,000 high achievers from Armenia abroad on an encouraging cognitive tour over the past five years. The project, implemented by the “Hakobyan” Foundation, is being hosted in Glendale for the second time. After completing the memorable, interesting tour, the children from Yerevan and the regions, impressed by what they saw across the ocean, will return to Armenia and continue to be high achievers and pave new paths with knowledge.
