In the largest village of Tavush region, new kindergarten and outpatient buildings are being built at the same time, and the cultural center is being completely renovated. In Noyemberyan community, in 2025, three program packages worth 1.2 billion drams were approved and are nearing completion: the Koghb Cultural Center, the Koghb Kindergarten No. 1 with a subvention program, and the construction of the Koghb outpatient building is being financed by the government. Two program packages worth 1.5 billion drams have been submitted for 2026. The 2026 subvention program package mainly includes the improvement of building courtyards and road repairs.
