The center was founded on the model typical of Armenian homestead farms, where traditional and non-traditional crops and fruit varieties are grown simultaneously on an area of several thousand square meters. The goal is to show that even on a small plot of land, with proper cultivation, it is possible to get several times more yield and income. The center is also an exemplary training platform. Courses are often held here for farmers and students, practically presenting the possibilities of modern agriculture and the profitable prospects of agribusiness. For decades, the torment of agriculture, the hard day of a farmer, has been passed down to generations, and today the young man does not want to take up a shovel, make furrows to water the plants. He is especially tempted by the fact that he can simply press a button on his phone and the entire garden will be watered.
