Armenia is receiving congratulations on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of its independence.

Armenia is receiving congratulatory messages from various countries and organizations marking this 35th anniversary. In his congratulatory message, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio highlighted the historic progress made toward peace over the past year. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov also sent a congratulatory telegram to Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan. In his message, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko noted that this significant event—marking 35 years of sovereignty—symbolizes the Armenian people's aspiration for free and independent development. The EU Mission in Armenia, as well as the foreign ministries of Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan and high-ranking officials from Qatar, also extended their congratulations to the Armenian people on Independence Day. On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of independence, a number of landmarks in Buenos Aires have been illuminated in the colors of the flag of the Republic of Armenia.
