The taste and smell of Gavar in 12 pavilions opened at the Gastro Festival. Community producers display and sell traditional dishes. If previously it was mandatory to visit Gavar to taste them, today they are also available outside the community market. The festival is an opportunity for small producers to find new consumption markets and buyers. Festivals aimed at making Gavar and its economic potential recognizable have already become a tradition. Many of the participants in the Gastro Festival are annual visitors. The goal of this event, funded by the Gavar Municipality and implemented by the Sarvor NGO, is also to increase tourist interest in the community.
