The active political and economic dialogue with Poland—particularly in recent days—is now being followed by military-technical cooperation. The government has approved the agreement signed earlier this year and submitted it to the National Assembly. This Armenian-Polish document regarding military-technical cooperation will enable close collaboration between the two defense agencies. Armenia and Poland laid the foundations for this cooperation as early as 22 years ago. The Republic of Armenia is deepening its military cooperation with Poland. Today, Poland possesses one of the fastest-modernizing armies in Europe; Warsaw’s arsenal includes American, South Korean, and domestically produced weaponry. Relations between Poland and Armenia have consistently been excellent, largely due to the active presence of the Armenian community there for 800 years.
