The winner of the Tour of Armenia.

The Tour of Armenia—the first international professional multi-stage cycling race held in the country—concluded in Yerevan. The official award ceremony began with the national anthem of Armenia. In the final stage of the tournament, the cyclists covered a route of approximately 94 km within the capital. Prior to this, they had competed in the regions, racing from Gavar to Mets Masrik, Kirants to Stepanavan, and Martuni to Dilijan. Over the course of the tournament's four stages, the cyclists covered around 568 km, vying for victory while also discovering Armenia's nature and landscapes. More than 90 cyclists from 16 teams representing 10 countries—including Armenia—participated in the Tour of Armenia. Italian professional cyclist Simone Raccani, representing Team Yukio, took first place in the overall standings of the Tour of Armenia. This tournament, broadcast by around a dozen international television networks, unequivocally boosts Armenia's visibility and recognition, and will undoubtedly generate great interest in the Republic of Armenia—a country that already attracts significant tourist traffic.
